- When purchasing a pricing plan, submitting a form, or requesting services: first name, last name, email, phone number, address (including full billing/shipping address if applicable), and any additional details (e.g., long-answer responses about your needs or preferences).
- No medical or diagnostic information is collected; our services are non-medical and complementary (therapies and support provided by therapists who are members of the RITMA – Regroupement des intervenants et thérapeutes en médecine complémentaire/alternative).
Information collected automatically
- IP address, device/browser type, pages visited, visit duration, referral source.
- Cookies and similar technologies (see Cookies section below).
Payment information
- Credit card or other payment details are collected and processed securely by our third-party payment provider (Wix Payments or integrated gateway). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

While we take all reasonable measures, no system is infallible. In the event of a confidentiality incident posing a risk of serious injury, we will notify you and the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec, as required by law.
